• All Tariffs are in Indian Rupees.
• 12% GST is applicable on below Tariffs. (or as applicable)
• Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. Call us to check latest rates
• Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
• Early Check-in charge: INR 2500 (or as applicable as per Season). And INR 1500 in low season.
• Tariffs are appointed for upto double occupancy. We do not offer discounts for single occupancy.
• We take bookings for minimum 2 nights stay in peak season.
• Pets are not allowed on property- like dogs, cats. This property is open for humans.
• Extra Bed Charges (Incl Breakfast)+ Taxes (12% or as actual) - INR 2000 (Age 6 to 12), and INR 3000 (Age 13 above). Can vary as per date and demand.
• We have a kids play area complete with Swings, Trampoline Jumpy, Billiards, Snooker, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Foosball, and more games
• Casa Dream The Resort & Spa, Mukteshwar being a "dry" Mountain Resort, requests you to carry your own booze to enjoy from the comfort of your room.

Want to book a stay with us? Just follow these steps:

• Step 1: Click on Book now button at the top of the page & fill up the form to check availability and make booking there itself using Credit Card, Netbanking.
• You will be required to make 100% payment within a day to confirm your booking. In case of partial payment, full payment is required 10 days before check in to continue holding the booking. We may send reminder calls, consequently failure to make payment will result in release of booking.
• You will receive an email confirming your stay with us once we have received full advance payment.
• In case you wish to have different meal plans on different dates (like (Breakfast + Dinner) on first day and all three meals (Br+Lunch+Dnr) on second day) then email us and we will share you the total amount for your stay and also the bank details for you to make an NEFT Cheque Bank Deposit.
• We do not allow outside food to be brought in to our premises.
• Breakfast and Dinner meal plan - means - Buffet meals (or Fixed menu as per hotel discretion). Evening Snacks, mocktails, Hi Tea or anything not mentioned in the voucher are not part of the package. But these can be added as a flat rate. Contact us for details. Unlimited evening snacks for a couple is Rs 700+Tax additional per person when already on "Breakfast+Dinner" meal plan. This has a set menu as decided by hotel (example 2 veg. snacks and 2 non-veg. snacks)
